    Three nights ago [Sunday, October 16th], my 14-year-old sister was tied up and raped by a 20-year-old man at around 11:30PM. I called this police by their number and apparently no one had answered. I had left a voicemail but still no one had responded. It is three days later currently. I still do not have a response. My youngest sister now has to go get an abortion. I am two states away, 200 miles away, and living in poverty off of my student loans. How was I supposed to save her? Apparently the police at Rockland did not..
